Quality Updates

SEI CMMI Process initiatives are deep rooted at AMI India, with EPG (Engineering process Group) having regular reviews & strategic decision making on process initiatives and improvements. PWG (Process Work Group) members support & have contributed in defining Organisation standard software Process (OSSP).

A Structured Process Data Base in place, accesses/ contributed by all Project Leaders, Developers, Support group heads & their team. Implementations of CMMI Practices across the Projects are gaining Momentum. A metric Work Group is formed to drive home metrics practices/ Utilization in managing the project & Organisation process Performance Goals .
